Who we are

AgarwoodTown (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a wholesale supplier of plantation agarwood, oud oil, bakhoor and related products, operating from Guan Zhu Town, Dian Bai District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province, China. We can be reached at info@agarwoodtown.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide to us directly through inquiry forms or direct messages. This typically includes:

• The product or service you are inquiring about
• The free-text message you send us
• If you arrive via a per-case CTA, the slug of the case study you referenced

We do not use any analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. We do not maintain a marketing email list and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long we keep your data

Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, plus the period required by Chinese tax and business-record retention laws (typically 10 years). Inquiry data from contacts that did not result in a transaction is deleted within 24 months of last contact.

Where your data is stored

Inquiry emails are received and stored on our corporate email infrastructure hosted in mainland China. The website itself is delivered via global CDN, which may briefly handle technical request data (IP address, browser type) for transmission and security purposes only — this is not stored or used for profiling.

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest

Geo-blocking notice

For business and regulatory reasons we are not currently accepting orders from Mainland China through this website. Visitors from Mainland China are automatically redirected to a notice page; we do not collect or retain any data from those visits.
