The Challenge

A Riyadh luxury fragrance house needed a turnkey oud oil supply and private-label packaging solution to launch a new "pure plantation oud" collection for the Saudi retail market within a single season — entry, mid, and luxury price points, all CITES-cleared for retail shelf-ready packaging.

Our Solution

AgarwoodTown supplied three custom oud oil blends (CO₂ Grade A, Grade AA and hydro-distilled Grade AAA), developed branded glass vial packaging with Arabic calligraphy labels, and coordinated CITES documentation for direct air freight. What was hard

The first sample run had Saudi SFDA label registration issues — one ingredient phrase needed re-translation. We pulled the print before mass production and rebuilt the artwork. Two-week delay, no inventory loss; revised art now templated for any future GCC re-runs.
