A private bank's relationship-management team wanted year-end gifts for 300 high-net-worth accounts that signalled cultural respect (agarwood is a status symbol in Greater China) without crossing the bank's internal $200 gifting compliance threshold. Each gift had to come with a personalised lineage card and an individual customs valuation declaration.

AgarwoodTown supplied 300 round-bead bracelets at ~$180 retail-equivalent (under the bank's $200 internal limit), boxed in dark-stained wood presentation cases with a numbered authenticity card per recipient including the plantation block ID. Card text was lithograph-printed in Traditional Chinese + English on cotton paper. We worked with our customs broker to issue 300 individually-numbered valuation declarations.
