Wellness & Gift Retail
Wellness Retail Brand — Singapore
House-brand with OEM packaging
❗ The Challenge
A Singapore wellness retailer wanted to launch a house-brand agarwood bracelet collection across their 12-store network. They lacked agarwood sourcing expertise and needed a partner to handle everything from bead selection through branded gift packaging — with delivery hitting the Chinese New Year gifting window.
✓ Our Solution
AgarwoodTown curated three bracelet styles (round 3mm, square 8mm, and drum-bead multi-wrap) from Grade A plantation material, developed custom kraft-paper gift box packaging with the client's branding, and supplied a bilingual product card explaining agarwood benefits. MOQ stayed at 10 sets per style — the first run was 300 sets across three SKUs, delivered 4 weeks ahead of CNY.
📐 Buyer Profile
- Order Volume

3 → 5 SKUs
Line expanded to 5 bracelet styles within the first quarter.
⚠ What was hard
Bead-colour matching across 300 sets is genuinely hard with natural agarwood — about 4% of beads were tonally off the pack mean and got rejected at the plantation sort. Cost was rebuilt into the unit price; the buyer was briefed up front so there were no margin surprises in the second run.
“First 300-set run sold through all 12 stores in 8 weeks — we now carry 5 bracelet styles. Delivered 4 weeks before Chinese New Year so we owned the gifting window. 80% of stores reordered within 3 months.”
